An Artist We Get to Meet: Wendy Wischer

We are so excited to go see some artists in Miami on Friday. One artist we get to see is Wendy Wischer.
Wendy Wischer is an contemporary artist. She chose to be an artist because she is interested in boundaries, the separation between the overlapping of and the linking threads existing throughout, both conceptually and visually.

Lara's Boston Trip

We left to got to the airport at about 1:00 because our departure for Boston was at 3:20. We arrived at the Boston airport at about 6:30. We took the T, which is the subway in Boston, to get to the Westin hotel. We checked into our room which was 1006. After we got settled we went to California's Pizza Kitchen to have dinner. I had ravioli, my mom had a vegetarian pizza and my brother had a margarita pizza. After my mom paid the bill we walked back to our room to get a good night sleep because we had a busy day ahead of us.

On Saturday morning we had breakfast in bed. After we ate our meal we walked to the lobby to meet my cousin Erica and her boyfriend Paul. We all drove to  an apple picking place to pick some delicious apples. Also at the apple picking place they had a petting zoo and I got to feed a llama. There was also a weird looking goat, an alpaca, some deer, a swan and three fat pigs. After the petting zoo we went to buy some delicious apple cider donuts. They tasted like cinnamon. After that we dropped Paul at his house. Then Erica showed us her apartment. Coincidently her room was 1006 which is our hotel room. We watched videos of her when she was just five or six years old. Then we went to  Emerald Park and saw a lot of weddings. After that we went to dinner at a restaurant in Faneuil Hall. After we ate we walked around and saw a street performance. In this performance a man named Jason Escape was in a straight jacket and he had to escape the straight jacket. What made this performance more exciting was that he had to escape the straight jacket upside down. He successfully escaped it and i gave him a five dollar bill. Then we went back to our hotel for another exciting day.

On Sunday morning we also ate breakfast in bed. Then we took the T to the Science Park Station to go to the Museum of Science to meet Erica there. My favorite part of the museum is the place where you get to see little chickens hatch out of their eggs. At 2:00 pm we went to see an IMAX film about Australia. One thing that I learned from that film was than an australian monitor is immune to snake venom. After the museum we walked to the Cheesecake Factory. I had a white pizza for dinner and a reeses peanut butter cheese cake. After that we meant Erica's roommate who drove us to the T station so that we can get back to the hotel. We all said goodbye to the greatest cousin anyone can have. I was sad to leave her but i know that i will see her in two months.
